Are online sessions effective?The assumption that, in order to be effective, a session has to be delivered in person is a myth! Consolidated research has shown that online sessions can be as effective as face-to-face ones. Therefore, in the end, is about personal preference, like so many other things in life: if you feel comfortable with a given delivery method of therapy, then it will work well for you! What video call platform do you use?Tommaso Palumbo uses Zoom.
What happen if I can’t make a booked online session? Do I get a refund?If you ask for your session to be rescheduled at least 48-hours prior to the agreed time, you will be able to reschedule it for another, mutually agreed, time. If you fail to provide a 48-hour notice, then you will not be able to reschedule it, your money will be retained and you will be required to make an additional purchase. Refunds are not issued, under any circumstance.
